1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any RANKHOSTZONE service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our website and services.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Distribution of spam, malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Hosting, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Phishing, fraud, or identity theft activities
• Unauthorized access to other systems or networks (hacking)
• Excessive resource usage that degrades service for other customers
• Copyright infringement or violation of third-party intellectual property rights
• Operating cryptocurrency mining operations without prior written approval

4. Service Availability & Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosting services, backed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party network failures or natural disasters.

5. Billing, Payment & Renewals

Services are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Invoices are due on the date issued. Services not renewed within 7 days of expiry may be suspended. Services not renewed within 30 days of expiry will be permanently terminated with all data deleted.

6. Coupon Codes, Promo Codes & Promotional Offers

RANKHOSTZONE may offer coupon codes, promo codes, and promotional discounts from time to time. The following terms apply to all promotional purchases:

• No Refund Guarantee: Services purchased using any coupon code, promo code, or promotional discount are not eligible for the 15-day money-back guarantee and are non-refundable
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Promotional pricing applies to the initial billing cycle only — renewals are at regular pricing
• RANKHOSTZONE reserves the right to void orders if a coupon or promo code is found to be expired, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained
• One coupon code per order unless otherwise specified

By using a coupon or promo code at checkout, you agree that the discounted purchase is final, non-refundable, and not covered under any money-back guarantee.

7. Resource Usage & Fair Use

"Unlimited" features (bandwidth, storage, email accounts) are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Accounts using resources in a manner inconsistent with normal shared hosting usage — including running resource-intensive scripts, storing large media files, or sending bulk emails — may be asked to upgrade or have resource limits applied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RANKHOSTZONE website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by RANKHOSTZONE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Accounts suspended for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds. Customers may cancel their account at any time through the client area.

10. Limitation of Liability

RANKHOSTZONE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of all data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
